Big congratulations to Kevin for getting another chance, I think he deserves it, seems like he’s a hard worker and a hustler too, I think he will make a great addition to the team at Luxury Bazaar. Looking forward to watching him grow on the show. Good luck Kevin.
@@kevinboyce7351 keep the Wimbledon by the way, Rolex might be known for the Sub but that Wimbledon looks so so classy and can be worn anywhere, with anything and will still look 🔥!
Crazy how Nick has evolved over the years in a very experienced confident salesperson. And thank god he didn't follow the "makeover" Alex gave him back in the days :D
I started this show in the car. Had to pause it. Get home and watch it on the TV. The evolution of the show. The evolution of all the sales people. It's great. Congrats on all the new guys coming in. Having a watch maker just being able to take something apart. This is that. Awesome. And Kevin congrats! Go with the sub.
Thanks for helping the decision become an easier one. Everyone is saying keep it so that’s what I’m going to do. Thanks for the input and for watching us 🤝
Love how he opens up his watch right at the bloody desk and just walks around with the open watch case. May be I am a bit too Swiss to understand this..
From someone who has been in sales for a long time and done a lot of jewelery sales I would say it would be greatly beneficial to have a sales coach come in and train everyone. I keep hearing missed opportunities when the staff talks to clients, its like they are just focused on selling exactly what the client is asking for or one watch and they aren't asking enough exploratory questions to see what else they might want or items for their family and friends. They should also be putting together package deals and especially pairing jewelry with the watches these clients are buying. There's huge opportunities here to boost sales. Just a tip, love the videos and brand guys !!!
Dave, I also have been in complex sales for my whole career and noticed the same thing. It seems like the salesforce is too young and too new so they are really "order taking".
Great Episode ! I found Roman's criticism very constructive. I would also like to see more of Peter's mechanical know-how, like with the Fake Rolex. I am also happy for Kevin ! But honestly I hope your business grows so that everyone stays.
Not sure who is saying Marco is cocky but to me he comes across knowledgeable and competent. He’s one of the guys I would contact for a piece I was looking for. No BS, just two guys who like watches
Gotta be honest, I'm not buying a $100k+ watch from people who talk to me like I'm in a rap video. I like Marco. He's very down to earth. The "flex" shit is fine for those who want to waste their entire account. But I'm not spending a house with someone who acts like we're in south central at the club. But for those that are into that, god bless.
Great news is, there’s different salespeople for all different client profiles. As a business owner, you want people who can appeal to all the possible clients you will have.
What a great show. Have no clue how I happen to get here. Just started to WATCH yesterday and viewed several episodes. The presentation is like watching a TLC series. I enjoy you and how you talk to the team you can feel the energy. I was around Malvern area today and just learned you are in PA. Anyway you have a great show.
Welcome Kevin, he has a fresh attitude! Don’t sell your own watch at this time, it’s ok. Just focus on the challenge man ! I think all four challenge candidates are great and I would love for all four to be kept on so that Luxury Bazaar enters in a new dimension with a huge move forward !
😂😂😂 luckily they LB team pulled up before the store opened lol. I was the first one there and luckily no other team members saw them pull up on me lol. Talk about awkward lol. 😳 Let’s just say I avoided an uncomfortable situation 🙏🏻

I'm looking at these guys and honestly I can't choose between David and Kevin. Regardless of who wins they should both stay on. They both have their niche and they fit in perfectly.
I like your videos. I went to your website to look for a watch and couldn't believe how slow the website is. You may want to look at finding out how to speed it up.
I would love for you guys to make an honest break down of the financial hit you guys have taken (I am assuming you have) over the last 2-3 months and explain your current plan to at least maintain your current profit margins over the next year. Would really like to see it
Another superb episode, So glad Kevin has got his chance to show what he can, I have o doubts about that, Great vibe about the office, Good luck to all contestants, Kevin keep the Wimbledon watch as with your graft you will be able to get a sub in no time or something even better
I don't know how you guys are going to pick one of these great candidates. I suspect you will end up with more than 1 ;-) Whomever misses the cut is going to be snapped up very quickly somewhere else. This is a great season so far, absolutely loving it! Great to see my man Marco killing it, he has come so far in such a short space of time!!
Kevin, keep the Wimbledon, the sub is great but it's top heavy and not as comfortable. Datejusts are comfortable and the oyster/smooth combo is the go for you. Trust me you always want what you don't have, but I think that Datejust suits you. Also side note, the Sub is a bit boring.
So the guy from wax said that as you're closing a sale would be a good idea to mention it dead but honestly it's also a sales tool if you mentioned at the beginning that they could potentially leverage their watch and the fact that when they buy from you that this service is available is a good selling point If you wait till you're at the last stage that gives them time to see if they can get the watch at a cheaper price and If they know it from the beginning that they have an opportunity to leverage that it's insured then it could potentially keep them from even searching somewhere else You guys are professionals you know better than I do I'm just thinking out
Anybody else notice - at the beginning - that Peter was parked in an Accessible Van spot (even though parking lot was empty) and used a Disabled Permit behind his mirror? He definitely wasn’t driving an accessible van. Nor, did it seem like he had any mobility issues requiring a Disabled Permit. I drive an Accessible Van and we need these wider spots for our ramp.

In my opinion David definitely has the best social media video
No competition.
Yeah his felt like an actual commercial from a luxury brand.
I did too but thought the descriptive words he used were just affected. None of those words are things that a tourbillon buyer doesn't already know.

David is that guy. When the hype dies he will still be relevant. In 2030 something else will take they hype like chains or rings or belts.

Thinking about things more, David probably does have longevity in the game. Maybe through his own company smaller but exclusive customer portfolio
