it all depends on your light, if usuang natural light. In my studio, best natural light is 12pm-3pm. I find babaies and parents are happier in the am too :) Studio light, anytime is good obviously.

macro 100mm, canon. Settings around 4.5f, 1/200, probably 600-1000 iso (depends on your light at that moment)
