I watch these old videos and I want to cry.... He was such a huge talent, and that has been taken from him. I pray that someday, somehow Tom can regain his talent and show us even more brilliance at the keyboard. Our prayers are with you Tom.
Note that his last album "Live in Concert" is not listed in the description, neither is "Missing You at the McCoys" and a couple albums with him as pianist for the Raspberry Jam Band. Oh also missing is "Brier Plays Marchese".
@@RagtimeRoman I have "Brier Plays Marchese". I bought it direct from Eric Marchese. He *might* have a few copies left but I'm not sure. This CD came out in 1998 I believe. approx. 2/3 of the CD are Eric's solo compositions, and the last few (I think) are some of his collaborations with Tom. I believe Eric has composed over 40 (over 50?) pieces so this is by no means all his work but is a good sampler of some of his best tunes from before 2000. It's not even all the collaborations with Tom as they wrote several more after that.

At 8:54 when Tom slams his hands in the piano it reminds me of a movie about Scott Joplin, when in a bar two guys duet and one of them starts slamming the piano just like that
I’m really sorry to be the bearer of bad news but Tom was in a car accident a few years back. He can’t walk or talk but he is getting better. Sending love to his family
Hey great video, I was wondering if you could re-upload the video with Tom, Brian and Danny playing razor blade 1:05 since foundring account as been terminated, really loved this one and bunch of foundring's pieces such a shame
Apologies for the year-late reply! Unfortunately, I no longer have that video. I had to remove video downloads from my computer storage and put them on a USB stick and then the stick became corrupted.
Hi RagtimeRoman, I have the CD “Brier Plays Marchese”. It dates from 1998. Now you can update the description of this video. It’s a great CD by the way, one of Tom’s best with some of my favorite rags.
After listening to the same videos of Tom for over three years I still can't get enough! 😍

I cry every time brother
Wishing all the best for Tom, that he eventually recovers, and - most importantly - that he finds some reliefs & comfort in spite of his situation.

Whoops!
Thanks for pointing out that mistake! It’s fixed now.
@@RagtimeRoman that’s good that you fixed it 👍
Love that you’re looking out for his legacy!

For what reasons?
