My skintype is oily and this is the routine that I found that helps me: AM + gel cleanser + serum (like vitamin c, which pairs really well with SPF) + spf (the watery kind) PM + oil/balm cleanser + gel cleanser (sometimes I skip this if I end up not wearing any spf during the day) + serum or treatment of choice that's safe to use daily + lightweight moisturizer (watery type; currently mine is hyaluronic based; sometimes I'll also skip this if the serum im using is very hydrating or thick) WEEKLY TREATMENT + oil/balm cleanser (+ gel cleanser) + exfoliation (either chemical or physical - currently im using the AHA/BHA solution from The Ordinary) + hydrating serum/treatment + gel based moisturizer Other things to note: + save on everything else, but the treatments (serums, certain toners, exfoliators) + look up what sorts of ingredients should you not mix with during one sitting (try splitting them between am and pm), as well as ones that do pair well to maximize the products' benefits Take care everyone!
