Jokes asides, i also just noticed how astel really been kind of extrovert these days, compared to early 2021 where he does rarely talks with. Probably bcoz of him having various collabs made him an extrovert.
It might seem insignificant, but after a vtuber apex tournament at the afterparty mixer, Matsuri, Astel and Momose Asobu/百世アソブ (a small indie vtuber) were thrown together for a match.
Matsuri and Astel were extremely awkward with each other on stream, for real. Asobu being the most normie of the group became the icebreaker between the 2 and Matsuri and Astel eventually had a fun time doing stupid stuff together with him ("FIELDO FIELDO!").
After they played together, Astel during break had a rather emotional and teary eyed speech about wanting to become better at talking to and getting along with other people because of how things went with Matsuri and Momose. It seems like he took upon himself a decision to change some things at that moment. Ever since then he's been more open on stream and more active with collabs. We may not have ever gotten Astellie at this level without this small event.
