This is a fun combination video for you all. I really enjoyed the finished sound. To start I began with the pink noise I created for a previous video, which contains two audio tracks. The first is generated pink noise with a low pass filter set at 500 hertz. This signal is then compressed, notched, and then amplified with a clear music effect.
The second track within the pink noise track is from a large barrel fan being record in an old cave, from a distance of about 100 feet. This sound is then modified with a low pass filter at 750 hertz, with additional reverbed added. The two tracks are then blended together to create this mind numbing smoothed pink noise and combined with a black screen for sleep, study, tinnitus relief, focus, sound blocking, and more.
For the brown noise I used in this video, which I created for a previous video, I started with brown noise that I generated on my tuner. From there I turned the treble way down to put more of a mind numbing emphases on the deeper, lower end. From there I touched it up on the EQ a little, to remove any harshness to my ears. I then put a compressor on it, to boost the overall fullness feel. From there I doubled the track, meaning I put the same track on top of itself. On the second track I put some endless cavern reverb, and then combined both tracks into one. I then added a loudness maximizer, and boosted the volume as much as possible without losing quality. This process took me a few days to get it all just right. I really hope you enjoy it, relax and sleep well my friends!
Finally I added the pink noise track and the brown noise track together to create this video. I turned the treble down just a little more, and touched up the bass end of things on the EQ to ensure the rumble isn't too loud when listening on a phone. I hope you all relax and sleep well to this relaxation creation my friends.

Thank y'all so much for the well wishes and prayers for my momma! We almost lost her 3 weeks ago when she was in Nairobi, Kenya, on a mission trip. But God! He spared her life. She's got a bad infection (pneumonia), but she is doing so much better! I'm a firm believer in the power of prayer!! God bless each one of you!!
I have ADD (autistic trades now as an adult that aren't fully determined yet), polyneuropathy and sensory integration disorder from birth, thank you for this. all those things make it hard to relax and sleep, so I need to sleep with stuff like this because I feel all kinds of skin sensations when I try to sleep, like bugs, cold water, twitching muscles etc. I refuse all medication because I’d have to take Opioids, Antidepressants or Benzos. But I’d have to take them every night, forever. This on big headphones, albeit slightly uncomfortable, is strong enough to help me. Thanks brother or sister, you’re helping someone with sometimes agonizing nights. Very much actually. I can instantly focus on falling asleep with this. it's the best noise combination for me.

I'm glad you enjoy this and it works well for you. I too have items that are bothersome to me when in bed at night. Anytime they come in strong, I slow my breathing and focus on my breath and nothing else. It really helps me.

I’ve spent years listening to different sleep tracks. What really got me was I’ve noticed hidden in these tracks are subliminal messages or voices and overall very odd things that play over and over while we sleep and are looking for comfort. I became disturbed by what I was finding on here until I came across your channel. In fact I believe you were recommended on Reddit. I have been listening to this specific track every night for weeks with my four year old and we have been sleeping so well. As soon as it’s bedtime and this sound starts playing she relaxes and is asleep within ten minutes. Thank you for everything you do to keep the people relaxed and sleepy. 🙂

I put on big noise cancelling headphones and laid down.. it usually takes me a long time to fall asleep.. on my best day (rather, on a day where I'm completely exhausted and ready to fall asleep) I could probably konk out after an hour or so.
I put this one for the first time and I don't think I made it 15 mins before I was out.
I usually require TV noise, shower noise, rain noise, fan noise... But my headphones cancelled out everything and this did. It's unbelievable. Thank you so much for this! I would have literally paid to sleep that good!

In a tent with stages of music playing about 2 foot ball feilds away, cars driving next to me within feet, swishes of sleeping bag/clothes, and a nice dull mist over all the sounds

It sounds soothing and I'm glad you added reverb. Reverb is almost like a drug for me ao I listen to a lot Max Corbacho's music. I've been searching TH-cam for a long time for recordings of rain mixed with reverb. Nobody has it unless it's mixed with music. If you could make a video like that I'd be grateful. Another great sound Randal! I was thinking if u ever hear the sound of water pipes in basement from heating ? Maybe just for me but this light metallic noise of water running in pipes make me instant coma. Maybe you can check that. I sometimes have dreams with this sound and it's very soothing. I don't know how my brain made this noise. It is probably from like fans and other wind / motor noises
