My hair broke in the middle from wearing my hair in a ponytail a lot. I wish I can go natural. My hair is very coarse and thick and my right hand/side is very weak from a stroke I had 6 years ago.
I think natural is great but the key is finding the right products for your hair . My hair is course. Less pulling into a ponytail will help
