i dont play 17s so my opinion on this is irrelevant but i will say i hope this new chart leads people to rediscover the really cool and underrated 14 that is the expert chart

Amazing song that was one of the highlights of the Red Vs Blue event getting a 17 CSP? Never thought it would happen, but I dig it. It’s a pretty tough chart, but I can definitely see how the difficulty gradually builds up over the course of the chart, especially w/ all those twists, so it’s a good Challenge chart I can get behind. (And yes, I actually love this song & think it’s awesome. Sorry haters, but I ain’t gonna side w/ your take on this; imma defending this song no matter what).

I guess a lot of DDR players just don’t like hearing Hideo Suwa’s voice throughout the song, but I think his vocals really bring out the charm of this song in a fun and goofy way. The intense melody’s in the background are the icing on top.
I love they try to give the most forgettable 14/song from the event back in a20+ a challenge chart so it can be less forgettable but they made the most mid 17 ever
