Why did you provide a jumper in the voltage measurement across the resistances too? Couldnt we have connected the other end too across C2?

Any temperature correction factors to apply?

Anytime resistance measures are involved, particularly if you intend to trend, temperature corrections would apply. Many people use resistance as a spot reading, and do not apply temperature correction. If data is to be trended it is always a good idea to apply temperature correction. NETA Table 100.14.1 provides insulation resistance conversion factors (20 degree C).
