My 2 months of research: 1. XUV 700 Definitely technology wise a pioneer vehicle for Indian auto industry 2. But most people are missing a major point i.e. all boosted features are in AX7 only and middle variants AX3 and AX5 are miserable loaded and do not justify the price jumps from MX variant. For example MX to AX3 jump is 2 lacs but a simple cruise control is not given even in optional pack which is a must have for highway driving. 3. Conclusion either u buy MX or AX7 which are value for many basis individual budgets. Felt middle variants are introduced just for the sake of it.

Yes u have designed a superb looking suv but why it has so many problems in just 3 to 4 months of delivery ownership review is very poor every day there is vidios surfing in TH-cam about the defects and problem about this suv ..i hve booked this suv but thinking to cancel it..
Then what Auto park assist , autopilot Automatic door opening . 😠 What can u expect more from a car which costs 25 lakhs . Every car has its pros and cons. U are the type of guy who chooses a kia seltos instead of a safe and huge xuv because it does not have ventilated seats and auto dimming irvm 😤
@@dr.m.mohanapriya3427 Ventilated seats and powered tailgate were major omissions, i would take a powered tailgate instead of those gimmicky powered door handles anyday, they had to spend on 4 separate motors for them, instead one bigger motor and it would have elevated the premiumness manifolds with a powered tailgate, atleast could've offered as separate "tech-pack" addon. Nevertheless we booked ours on 7th itself, as the car still offers a lot more than any other competitor, but would still pay more to get the said features, also had to missed out on AWD since we i wanted a petrol for its extrs power and refinement.

All of this marketing videos seems good and fancy and would have been created by putting intense efforts. But what matters is, whether the product delivers what consumers actually want and is practical in all general aspects. From my first impressions, i felt the headroom has compromised a lot in 3rd row and also in first row specially for drivers where front windshield is a bit more inclined and stretched a bit longer inside.
Great car but why is automatic climate control and reverse camera is missing on ax5. It’s present even in very cheap cars. Please add these features on ax5 as not all customers want the top variant only.
I've booked XUV 700 AX5 Diesel Manual Everest White 7 Seater version during the 1st day on booking using showroom contact. Booking delivery is expected to be July 2022. Why it is getting delivered this late? I look like a idiot to book this car. I was so excited to hear this news but now all rush has gone out of the window. Unable to understand what to do now.

5 seater top variant AX5 doesn't even get a rear parking camera, no air-purifier, not even cruise control. And the ex-showroom price is 17+ lac WOW #XUV700 nice work. Look all the other variants are for namesake and no real features. #HelloXUV700 #XUV700
I know that xuv 700 head light double tee shape is its brand image.., But i think that its shape of light (uper to botum) t shap make some little down design image of xuv 700. Please its only head light shape with uper two light is great and superb classic but t shape of side light leads down impress.. You can cut t shape of head light from top and remain separate its only.. And try to make different side light botum of head light separately..
But the design of rear and inside window line above outside window line is ugly, please do revisit ur design studio to correct these, and i see a lot of ergonomics issues with Smart door handles, and you are missing on so many features which other competitions are giving for less price with good quality and fit and finish. Already an owner of Mahindra Scorpio, i am facing lot of quality issues with my suv, and even the services of mahindra are not so great and highly expensive, u need to give good after sales service and quality of Fit and Finish for interior and exterior.
I am one of the early customer to book the XUV700. But after so much of waiting time now Mahindra informs March 2022 tentative. Very much disappointed ☹️

Your design is cool for a car but tbh the car's design is not as aggressive as for an SUV,plus u really need to look out at how ur Korean competitors design their interiors
Well, it’s not a sophisticated design for sure. Too large double layered LED running lights. Do you really need it to be so large? Why can’t it be more subtle? Simplicity is hard to achieve. Non cohesive design language. At least it’s improved on the earlier version of XUV. The cheetah was made to look ugly. These grill lines are too thin compared to the body panels. You have missed out on the visual balance. Most irritating for a designer is the mismatched panel. Your dashboard rise above the window line? Is it an engineering teams mistake or design team has overlooked it? I am sure your clay model didn’t had it! Anyways.. you have something apt for Mahindra’s consumers. They seem to happily ignoring finesse. For a business the revenue is on top of anything else. Even if it means putting ugly models in the market again and again.
Well done interior and a poorly designed (for modern standards) exterior. Part of the interior of the front door extending to the window and the high wheel arch/muscle at the rear extending into the flesh-fitting door handles are very very poor execution of the design.
The Tail gate if XUV 700 is a mess. It’s not strong enough and India is not a country for ADAS technology. I’m not spending my hard earned money on cheap plastic junk.
What do you expect from a car having all this features? They are offering features that even a 45lakh fortuner doesn't even offer. Atleast, they proved what they are capable and they will dominate the Indian Automobile Industry for sure. Why would you listen to someone, not even experts said it will start at 9L.
