Wow! That’s as beautiful as it is painstaking. Thank you for your wonderful video. I’m considering weaving some small tapestries, and you’ve inspired me.
Hi Michelle, I hope you're OK xx ❣️❣️❣️ Thankyou for sharing your Weaving expertise. Thus is either my 3rd or 4th video podcast that I've watched and subscribed to. I'd really been struggling getting shapes to close up, your videos and the close ups are a fantastic help.😊😊 Happy Weaving Fibre Friend 🎉🐑🥰 Take care, love and Big Hugs Jen xxxx (UK) ❤❤❤🫂🫂🫂🌞🌞
@@yarnaboutyarn That's a really good point :( I found the course really hard, as I had never woven before, but video would have made it a lot easier! There wasn't anything on TH-cam back then, and Rebecca Mezoff started her online course after I finished - I recommend her to anyone who wants to learn!
Loving these videos. I’ve recently joined a weaving group, whose challenge, this year, is to weave a different wild bird each month. I’m learning by trial and error, not too successfully, so these videos are really helping. Thanks very much.
Yay, I'm so glad! They are exactly what I needed when I was learning, and I love making them! Back when I was learning, I ended up buying a 3 DVD set just so I could see someone else weave :/
Hello! I use grey sewing thread to sew the slits - most weavers use wool that matches what they are weaving, but I've found grey sewing thread just fine ;)
