    No Bake Granola
    Recipe in English:
    Ingredients:
    -Rolled oats 200g
    -Murmuray (Puffed Rice) 2 Cups
    -Badam (Almonds) roughly chopped 50g
    -Kaju (Cashew nuts) roughly chopped 50g
    -Pista (Pistachios) roughly chopped 50g
    -Akhrot (Walnuts) roughly chopped 50g
    -Pumpkin seeds ½ Cup
    -Sunflower seeds ½ Cup
    -Melon seeds ¼ Cup
    -Flex seeds coarsely ground ¼ Cup
    -Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
    -Brown sugar ¼ Cup
    -Vanilla essence 2 tsp
    -Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp
    -Dark chocolate semi-sweet chopped ½ Cup
    -Darchini (Cinnamon powder) 1 tbs
    -Dried black currant ¼ Cup
    Directions:
    -In a wok,add rolled oats & dry roast on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
    -Add puffed rice,mix well & dry roast for 2-3 minutes & take out in a bowl.
    -In a wok,add almonds & dry roast for 2-3 minutes.
    -Add cashew nuts,pistachios,walnuts,mix well & dry roast for 2-3 minutes.
    -Add pumpkin seeds,sunflower seeds,melon seeds,mix well & dry roast for 1-2 minutes.
    -Add flex seeds,mix well & take out in same the bowl & mix all together.
    -In the same wok,add butter & let it melt.
    -Add brown sugar,mix well & cook on low flame until sugar is caramelized.
    -Add vanilla essence & mix well.
    -Add salt & mix well.
    -Add roasted oats & nuts mixture,dark chocolate,cinnamon powder,dried black current & mix well.
    -Take out in a dish & spread evenly.
    -Let it cool completely & mix well (yields: 1000g of granola).
    -It can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 1 month (dry & cool place).

    -Karahi mein badam dal dein aur 2-3 minute kliya dry roast ker lein.
    -Kaju,pista aur akhrot dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minute kliya dry roast ker lein.
    -Pumpkin seeds,sunflower seeds & melon seeds dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kluiya dry roast ker lein.
    -Flex seeds dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur bowl mein nikal lein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Us he karahi mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
    -Brown sugar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per cheeni caramelized ho janay tak paka lein.
    -Vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
    -Namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Roasted oats & nuts mixture,dark chocolate,darchini powder & dried black current dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Dish mein nikal lein aur evenly pheela lein.
    -Thanda ker lein & ache tarhan mix ker lein (yields: 1000g of granola).
    -Airtight jar mein dal ker 1 month kliya store ker saktay han (dry & cool place).
