I was there, but for 30 days. We sailed through the Panama Canal also. We loved it, and I have videos too. Next I'm looking forward to 25 days on Panorama for a transpacific cruise.
@@DavidAdkins78 David, thats awesome. I just subscribed to your channel. Will watch your videos. Check our out as well when you can. Sure we will see each other on a cruise one day. Happy Travelling!

Thank you for your insight about the Alaska cruise with Carnival. My daughter and I will be on the Luminosa 7 days next year.. can't wait for something different than the Caribbean cruises.
Thanks for doing this video!! If you had to choose between doing Quantum of the seas (RC) or the Carnival Spirit, which would you choose? Same week and the itinerary is slightly different (no Tracy Arm Fjord with RC but Sitka instead and longer time in Victoria). Quantum is $500 less than Spirit though for the same room type.
Sitka is an AMAZING place!!! Tracy Arm Ford is just a seaday looking at glaciers. RC food will be better. 500 bucks goes a long way on the ship. I would do RC. Plus Victoria is a cool place to checkout, especially Chinatown. Thx for watching and please subscribe. We have more videos coming within 2 weeks
Hello, Thanks for watching amd subscribing! Tables open 10am to close on sea days. Slots were 24/7 during sea days. If porting next day, casino closed about 2:30am and opened 30 min after leaving each port. This was in April this year so I doubt much has changed
There would absolutely no Scenario where an additional 3k should be spent for the same stops basically. The Encore has better food but the Spirit is an awesome, smaller ship albeit older. Alaska and Europe trips are different than all others w different crowds. You would absolutely love the SPIRIT. Take the cheaper option.
Hello, thanks for question. Absolutely! The average age is always higher on a longer cruise. Very little children as well. For this particular voyage I would say average age was 55 to 57

Hi guys! I’m trying to decide between this ship and NCL Encore. Is the extra $3k difference in price worth it??
Hello, both are going to the same destinations?
@@CrazyTravelLife they have the SAME itineraries except NCL goes to Glacier Bay; Carnival goes to Tracy Arm Fjord.
