      Mila Zinkova Seems like the haze commonly gets trapped in that inversion layer

    • @george94122
      @george94122  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      It is interesting you're asking about the haze because I am writing an article about a haze right now. This haze was kind of strange. It looked as a normal (not a mirage associated) haze, and there was no mirage of terrestrial objects in it (the Farallons looked almost normal) , so I am not sure what to make of it, but you might find this page aty.sdsu.edu/mirages/fog.html interesting.

    • @DANGJOS
      @DANGJOS 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Interesting thanks. Well I wonder why the sun looked so weird in this video then. Just random mirage effects I guess

    • @george94122
      @george94122  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      I sent the link to Dr. Young. and here's his explanation:
      " You have an elevated inversion that produced a sort
      of modified mock mirage, and an inferior mirage as well."

    So the horizon has got to be hella polluted in order to see this at all?

    • @george94122

    The world is not a coincidence, the beauty of the world, the intelligence and freedom of human beings, our existence in itself in this body and the way of life is a miracle by God, we will all return to those who created us and we will ask what we did in the worldly life and what we offered for your life, search for Islam

      @@turecomuerde Why does the northern hemispheres night sky rotate around the north star (Polaris) counter-clockwise, but the southern hemisphere rotates around the south star (Sigma Ocantis) clockwise? This does not work on a flat plane at all, even if the earth or the sky moves, pretty much only on a sphere.

      @@CodGeronimo it does not work on an sphere at all, don't state very stupid shit that is very easily debunked:
      Get two old phones with video cameras, strap them to a yoga ball with the camera lens looking out from the surface of the ball, place one camera on the "northern hemisphere" and the other on the "southern hemisphere", spin the ball as you record, then play back the proof and you will see both recordings rotate to the same direction, period, your bullshit has been debunked and if you do not admit it you are not into actual science, you are in a new religious cult.
