I went threw alot of 4s Lipos w my xmaxx an learned to put some foam or anything for some cushion underneath lipos an bought some garage life battery trays an straps to fit any size lipo. thanks again for how to mount the proline tires w proline xtensions. Question, w upgraded esc how do you plan on running Light kit? I thought they plugged in to Traxxas esc? Have fun!
Regarding the paint job, did you paint over a clear body or did you have to lightly sand off the original colour? You said you painted the glitter first then the black? Wouldn't painting the black last cover the glitter? Thanks for the video and love this colour scheme.

castle esc whether xlx2 or Mmx 8s require qs8 connectors - period. your rigs are sweet but pls pls pls pls pls change connectors before the fire that will def get blamed on castle

Go down to a 46tooth spur. You will be able to pull back flips off easier

I had a max 6. Theyre ok but the castle 8s momba is way better. Ec5 terminals. Try em both. Youll see

One of my xlx2 blew up with qs8, and the replacement died on first pack. I also use ec5 on plenty of mmx8s and never had a problem. Great video bro.
@BeautyBeastRC the spark dont scare me. But im interested in the amp and voltage power the QS8 will allow over my ec5. So i ordered some
