I took the help of these databases while calculating the number of rotatable bonds of the modified metformin ( SMILES CN(C(=N)NC(=N)N)CC), and it said 1 in zinc, and 4 in swissADME. also their molecular weight varies as well, from one database to other.... can you please help?
