Your shelves look beautiful, and all your little trinkets and figures add so much character. Whenever I see your danmei collection I wonder if I should give it a try - I read a lot of manga but have not read any danmei as of yet - somehow I am intimidated. My favorite trinkets on your shelves though, are the wolf figure and the pirate ship. I will kind of miss seeing the wolf in the background of your videos now that you moved it to the smaller shelf, but they do look great, and you have space to grow your book collection, which is important. 😄 And after watching this video I kind of want to reorganize my bookshelves, too, though I usually dread doing so. 😂
Thank you so much; that's so sweet!! 😊 I'm definitely not an expert - there's a lot that I haven't read - but if you want to try some danmei, I would probably recommend starting with Heaven Official's Blessing. It is one of the longer series, but I think that it has a really good story and lovely characters. You just have to kind of get used to the writing style, haha!
My mom actually got me the pirate ship because I love old sailing vessels (I'd love to find some of those old paintings of them to hang up in pretty frames!), and I think I got the wolf figurine at the NC zoo years ago. Wolves are some of my favorite animals! 💜 I'm going to have to get used to the new setup, too, but I'm glad that you like it!!
I like organizing things, especially books, but it can seem like a bit of a daunting task when there's so much to work with!
You could probably put a small light/lantern,cheap bird cage with a fake bird or some fake vines or something in that small space. I recommend a replica of the master sword.
The music is fitting with all the fantasy book's you have. Have you listened to anything from the Fiechter Brothers?
They have a main account and each of them have their own accounts where they upload a variety of fantasy music.
They've been on TH-cam for years so I'm sure you're bound to find something.
