My friend lived next door to this place for years, I still live nearby. Never realised this house was there. Shame so run down. Cant understand why family of the former owner have let it get in that state
They literally live just down the road and some of them have moved abroad but they walked away from the property and do not care we got a message from one of them saying we should take the video down purely because of family photos but they didn’t give a crap about the house

This is the third time I’ve seen explores do this house. It’s such a shame how it’s really gone downhill. And a lot of things have been stolen out of that house. That toy room used to be packed The entrance and central foyer is one of my most favorite. And your closing statements about what you both relate to perfectly illustrates the difference between astrological signs. I believe Andy is an Aquarius - he related to the books which is an intellectual item. Aquarius is the intellectual sign or the “thinkers”. Matt you’re a Scorpio you are a water sign which is very emotional and you relate to the people not the things.

Guys I found This house a few weeks back and managed to have a quick look around but wasn't really prepared properly. Did you guys look around the next house or building just up the path from this that is signed ' Rowan' . We was walking up to have a look but heard police sirens do decided to bolt just incase it was for us .

Yes the location of this place got leaked to some less than trustworthy people... we actually worked quite closely with the local community to get this one sealed and loved again but maybe not quick enough
I know your against stealing but the only way to preserve all that stuff is to take it, no doubt it will stay there to be destroyed with the building or thrown in a skip. Im sure you realise this. Just such a shame for the photos and books.ect to go to waste. Not to mention the building itself. Awsome vid as always, Love the channel. Definatly heard that moaning.
