It is happening here in the US where Nigerians travel on Ghana passports and when investigation is done due to their criminal behaviors,
they realized that the person is a Nigerian holding a Ghanaian passport.
I personally came across many Nigerian holding gh passports and I wonder how they are able to get it because it is not easy to get a Gh passport even when you are a Ghanaian.

It's not a surprise that before you came to Ghana, you didn't have a good perception of it. It's not a surprise. Even within Ghana, those who have never been to Accra before or have any relationship with the indigenous Accra people also have the same flawed perceptions about the Accra people. I heard the 27 Visa free for Nigerian passports are all Nigerian States, hahahaha. 27 out of the 36 States of Nigeria accept the Nigerian passport. 10 States in Nigeria don't accept the Nigerian passport. Hahaha.
