Great video. As a former Colorado Rapids STM and current DC United STM, I never complain about DC United's annual gifts. In five years in Colorado, I got scarves when we initially got our tickets and a nice picture of the MLS Cup celebration in 2010. DC United does a nice job mixing it up but always giving you something each year.
Vamos United. As someone who’s worked in sports and had to make those packets things to consider from there end. They have to be someone generic. Lots of different ideas for fans that have different styles. They want to hit a few different areas aka home, clothing, etc. so always expect if they do a ticket packet that those will be included. Usually ticket levels also very in “quality” of gifts so that could possibly vary per ticket, some do some don’t just depends. That said… I give it a C…. focused on trinkets and the packaging wasn’t great. They could’ve done something with adidas, a custom bag or something though the clear bag is always a good idea. People collect pins more often that one would think so that’s an easy $1 item to add. I kind of would have expected something technology related, maybe a battery bank or something like that. All in all, probably what I would expect from DCU. I’ve been a fan since 2010 when I was stationed there and went to RFK, every time they just seem to underwhelm and miss the mark with the fan base. Hoping SOMETHING positive happens in the off-season. I just don’t live close enough to get tickets so thanks for sharing what they sent out this year and interested if they step it up next year! Would be interested to see if other clubs would send over their gift boxes and see how they measure up!
I am a Union Seasonal ticket holder and Philadelphia Flyers season ticket holder MLS doesn’t really give away much so far that I know of this is my 1st season but the flyers give away so much stuff for the NHL I’ve had so many great experiences I’m glad to just be able to watch the 2 sports I love as a Russian American love going to Dc especially when I get a chance to see ovechkien play Audi field is probably my favorite Football stadium in the USA

Generic is okay! Definitely too on the “trinket” side though. Thanks for your insight!
