YSL Judge Tells Jurors to Disregard Testimony of Witness

- Judge Paige Reese Whitaker told the jury to disregard the testimony of ex-crime scene technician, who was testifying about a shooting that happened at a nightclub in December 2014. The defense objected to the testimony, saying that it was irrelevant to the YSL RICO case. The judge agreed with the defense in her ruling.

Young Thug faces nearly a dozen charges, including possession of drugs and weapons, participation in criminal street gang activity, and conspiracy to violate Georgia’s RICO Act. The rapper was arrested in May of 2022 along with 27 other alleged gang members. Many of those defendants have taken plea deals in the case.

Exactly she really gets on my nerves and I am totally surprised that she is so disorganized every single morning she look like a bag lady trying to get off the subway. I'm so tired of them disregarding the judges request that they have things in order and given to the defense and to her by the next day are over the weekend and she still doesn't do it at this point she's literally she been helping the state the entire time with this Rico that they brought up
She is awful, she is absolutely awful. She is never prepared she is never ready she is never organized she never has a complete argument ready to go on the fly or even after preparation. She fumbles and stumbles over herself the entire time that she talks.
This trial is a joke. These guys may be involved in criminal activity but the prosecution is incompetent.

@@Bruss813She withheld evidence sharing with defence. Got accused by two witnesses of feeding them statements and pressuring testimony. Her and and Judge Glansville conspired to intimidate the witness in a secret meeting. Theres much more. When this case is over she will certainly be investigated by the Supreme court of Georgia

It took her 9 minutes to try to explain away an objection that you could tell was irrelevant before she finishes speaking. Calling her incompetent is a compliment at this point. Rxtard would be more accurate and fair

They have shell casings but not the gun? You have to have the gun to verify a match. How tf are they getting matched with no weapon.
They’re comparing the casings found in different crime scenes. Sounds like they might have a database and found a hit (like for fingerprints but for ballistics).
To add, I completely understand what you’re saying especially since they don’t have the weapon. Was just answering your question of how it may be possible to match without the gun present. Her problem is also that a lot of street weapons are stolen and sold multiple times over.

The prosecutor objects and the defense has to stop right away, the defense objects and the judge lets the testimony continue and then decides the defense was right later on and tells the jury to 'forget'. The judge goes out of her way to prevent the jury from hearing about the prosecution getting caught lying or withholding evidence. The bias is impossible not to notice.
