It is a 7 hour flight. yes only 1 meal is served but most people eat before de rapture at food court

Interesting to note that Air China served that yogurt as well on my Karachi KHI - PEK Beijing flight lol,
I could barely hear the safety video due to the loud music, but if I heard correctly...did PIA get a new safety video?

Yes - there are lifts for all passengers especially wheelchairs or pushchairs.
