Thank you. You are so very intelligent! It's like you thought how to make it better and then you did! You did with excellent quality products, cost efficient and modern. I have a 2005 Suzuki Bandit 1200s. I LOVE mine too!!

Great Video! I have followed many of you modifications and added them to my Bandit 1250. I haven't seen any other Bandit 1250's in my area of Midland, MI so there isn't anyone around here for me to bounce ideas with about the bike!

Hi Paul.. with reference to your Healtech gear position Indicator with ATRE may I add I have the same unit on my Bandit and love the fact I now know what gear I'm in - Always! lol.... It's invaluable. With regards to you not feeling much difference since installing I can honestly say my Bandit is definitely sharper/crisper in the lower/initial rev range. Not sure if the unit alone has made all the difference but I also have an O2 eliminator fitted which allows the removal of the O2 sensor on the exhaust and increases the fuelling (Richens the mixture) again at the lower rpms (I purchased this unit quite cheaply from ebay). I believe that the newer emissions standards have not helped the throttle response to these bikes at low revs and like others I had to seek a remedy. Overall the 2 products make my Bandit run and respond so much better at low rpms. Hope that helps. Regards Mark

I needed a wire harnessing the Suzuki Gemma 250cc with sprayer and some electrics above the engine

Great video! Very informative for Bandit owners. Well done!
I'm looking at replacing my factory windshield. How do you like your Givi windshield?

Some nice upgrades you've made. Thanks for sharing in detail. Have you changed the headlamp? I changed for a LED unit and it is amazing. Drivers are more aware of me now and high beam is reaches farther.

Yeah I put the OPT7 H7 LED's in my 2009 and they're fantastic. I also installed the Skene designs Photon Blaster. I wired it into the bright switch, so when I click the pass switch twice within 2 seconds the cars in front of me get a fast then slow then fast LED blast. Very cool. It freezes creeping cagers quick!

Hi David.. Sorry, I sold that bike a couple of years ago. I would suggest is search for HealTech. You should be able to find the documentation on their website. Good luck!

Hi Paul, good video, I've had a couple B1200s in the past, recently acquired and 07 1250s, great bike, nice overall refinement from the older 1200, however, the seat is AWFUL....any recommendations..? thanks, Paul.

Hi Paul. I did change the seat but I'll be darned if I can remember what I put on it. I sold that bike a few years ago. I did put a Sargent mustang seat on a Honda VTX I have and it has worked well for me. Thx and good luck!

Hey Paul. What is your view on MOSFET rectifiers.? Iam looking to make the bandit as bulletproof as poss and believe this is the best charging system for a bike these days. Or is the Suzuki robust enough as stock? I think you connect direct to battery though so could complicate the harness install. Cheers from england

I do not have any personal experience w those. I do know that some of the newer 1250's had a recall on the rectifiers but not sure of the year (2009 comes to mind but I am not sure). I do remember that mine (2007) was not included so I did not worry about it. I have not had any issues with the stock.
