- Hello, beloveds! In this 25-minute Healing Sound Bath, we find stability through anchoring within. The first 6 minutes we ground in through breath and intention and then we dive into sound from then onwards. A head's up, the rain comes pouring down at some point onto my window... I hope you like the sound of rain, it gets quite intense! ;-)
