What an awesome exploration! Sometimes I feel as though I'm on the exploration with you. I love the way you describe everything in such detail. The fact that you explored the whole thing in wet boots I give you props for doing that and having to drive home barefoot. Really enjoyed this exploration! ❤
Bless ur heart. Dude, Your content is interesting, but listen, I've lived in a "trailer home" as u call it, my whole life. I've also been in FL for over 30 years & went through many hurricanes. But, I said all that to say this, Please stop pushing on roofs & walking under wet roofs that are caving in! You really might hurt yourself! JS #IYKYK
A couple of your videos popped up in my feed and I really like them, so I subscribed. I live in Southeast FL, so it’s really nice to see some of these cool places so close to home. I’m going back to check out your older videos now. Great job, exploring some really interesting places.👍🏻 Does Andrea have her own channel?
No. You are fully allowed to build in flood zones as long as you meet current requirements for elevating the property up to current codes. At the time these homes were placed here I am sure the codes at that time allowed it. But because they were allowed to and flooded, that's what created the current codes to elevate properties I'm flood zones..hence forth why you must get an elevation certificate before building anything.
I don't live in a true hurricane area so pardon my lack of knowledge, but if this was flooded by a hurricane a couple years ago, why is it still flooded? It just didn't go away?
The area has a low elevation and it's prone to getting flooded also because it's right on a river, it was originally destroyed from the hurricane and at the time it definitely flooded but the reason it was flooded during this video is because I went a day after a huge storm and it flooded pretty quickly
Does that guy still have power? That would suck without a/c. I live in Venice FL and things got tore up pretty bad here. What part of FL is this? Cool vid bro
@@Jamestheexplorer1 Probably Myakka river area. We were 8 days with no power in Venice Gardens. I'm curious why you hid your face. Don't want trouble with police, you have braces and don't want people to know.....lol! I'm a fan dude, I subscribed
@navyskaterdude yeah it's off river road, but no I just don't wanna show my face, all my other videos I'm wearing the mask too, it's just my iconic look I guess

Thanks for sharing this video but be careful there could be snakes they live in wet environments
So sad really. It looked like a sweet little place overall. Peaceful and the trailers weren’t on top of each other.
You picked the hardest spot and time of year to enter haha I never seen so much water and I explored here about 3 times
I love this spot & I really needed to explore something to put a video out and I live near so I was like why not
had to sub for the Few Awesome videos i have seen on your channel
Thank you man that really means a lot 🙏🏼

No she doesn't and she won't be in anymore videos
Be safe out there❤
Thats unique a in carved metal-railing with address built in to 🦋
Whoever put those trailers there should have been sued it's clearly a flood zone well before the hurricane

I'd have been more worried about snakes.

This is In-between Venice and North Port, and no it definitely doesn't have power, hurricane Ian really ripped it up

@@Jamestheexplorer1 I can't imagine that dude living out in a broken down trailer home without power. That would suck big time. Stay safe dude 🤘
That's where the gold is
Do the RV dude
Turns out, someone was actually living in it, I went back a week after to see if I can get to the other stuff and there was a guy fixing it up
