▶ About Javed Ahmed Ghamidi:
Javed Ahmed Ghamidi is a Pakistani Muslim theologian, a Quran scholar, and an educationist. Mr. Ghamidi is a student of Maulana Amin Ahsan Islahi and Maulana Abul A’la Maududi. Mr. Ghamidi has authored several books, including the bestseller ‘Meezan’, in which he presents a comprehensive treatise on the entire content of Islam. Mr. Ghamidi is a researcher and a critical thinker who has challenged many aspects of the traditional Muslim schools of thought on the basis of evidence from Quran and sunnah.

This is so heartwarming. His belief is stronger than 99% of the muslims. It is such a lovely coincidence that he found a true intellectual like Ustad Ghamidi to learn islam from.
He said he remained among Pakistani Muslims and never got impressed. That is absolutely heartbreaking. Muslims have stained Islam. Fundamentalist ideology and ignorant molvis have ruined Islam.

This is an outstanding video. What a story! Gives one chills. Tremendous wisdom in those words conveyed in the simplest of terms, even punjabi style wit and humour. One can spend an entire lifetime avoiding as much as one can that which is to be shunned while also trying to stay on the straight path. But there is no assurance, only hope, that this will lead to salvation. This man's confidence on the other hand is heartwarming. It is based on His love for the Merciful, not 'fear'. Utter and complete Faith that he did not come out of the wilderness to get lost again.
