Excellent review! I need help with TRANSPARENCY MODE. I have AirpodsPRO and Airpods MAX. On the PRO, I can adjust transparency nice and loud to carry on a conversation. But with the MAX, so little sound comes through that it isn't much better than the "OFF" setting. Is there any way to turn UP TRANSPARENCY VOLUME like on the PRO???
Check that you’re in Transparency Mode and not Off. I have no issues hearing the other in Transparency Mode. Check that the toggle is between ANC On and Transparency Mode.
@@Anilu777 Thank you. I just re-checked, and it toggles between ANC and Transparency. If I put it into "Off" I can hear the difference. I hear "a little" of the outside world, but not much at all. With my AirPods Pro, there's a volume slider, and I can turn it up and hear quite a bit, but not with the Max. I should let you know that I wear hearing aids when I'm not using the Pro or Max. At least with the Pro, I can get enough amplification to carry on a conversation, but not with the Max. Using ANC, I can mow the lawn and hear nothing! ANC works really well!

@@Anilu777 Go to SETTINGS > ACCESSIBILITY > AUDIO/VISUAL > TRANSPARENCY. On the AirPods PRO (but not the AirPods Max) there's an AMPLIFICATION slider and a button for Conversation Boost. It works really well on the AP Pro. I sure wish Apple would make it available on the AP Max.
Best use of Live Listen is in a situation where you can’t hear the other person over the background noise. Fantastic if you have a hearing loss. Turn it on and place the phone near your friend and wear your AirPods Pro. Then you hear then very well and can have a good conversation.
9:20 "control center" that's why I couldn't figure out how to customize it. I swear it used to be called something else. It used to look different too. My iPhone just got techier lol

Does it has multiple connection at same time ? for example if you receive a call while watching on your PC can you canswer and then after hanging out your video on pc resume ??
Tbh my job has a lot of noise and these free me of that great purchase waited till a sale happened was 50 off used that to help with apple care I love them great video
The Airpods Max in 2024, just bought an almost new used pair for $200, with 8 months warranty. They are good wireless headphones. I don't know what all the fuss is about with the provided soft case. If they provided a hardcase, then I would probably end up not using it much, because it is quicker to put it in the software pouch. ANC, and transparency are the best features of these headphones, and that Apple probably spent a huge amount on R&D, which explains why they are still great in 2024 - same with other high end headphones which do not get upgraded for years. As with the sweat issue, maybe valid if you wear them working out in the gym for a few hours, or running, the issue may arise. They are just not designed for that purpose.
I have had two of them and had to send them back. The first ones had connection problems and right ear cup noise but I could reset them. I sent them back for a replacement. I got my second AirPods max and they were even worse. A different pair in a different colour. They had the same issues but won't resett. I'm getting a refund this time and refund on the apple care also. Very disappointed that Apple put out a product that doesn't match it's high price. When they worked they were great at times but the continuous problems on and off and then finally not being able to reset them made me just want a refund. They look great and are strong. The sound quality was brilliant at times and the noise cancellation the best. Another reason I didn't go for a replacement was that they wanted to send a replacement in the same colour. I wanted to make sue I didn't get the same ones back. I DON'T THINK THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPENED IN STEVE JOBS DAY. I also had all my devices on the latest upgrades of software and the headphones are also. Didn't make any difference to the annoying things happening at times with them. I tried everything to get them sorted.

Probably a faulty product. I’m currently wearing mine and when off I can hardly hear my fan but with transparency on it’s like it’s right next to me
