I think u mean Tin Mines. Not Tine mines. Also the Chinese came much earlier with Admiral Cheng Ho. There was the thriving Chinese Community in Malacca n Bukit China is one of the largest and oldest cemeteries outside China. It also accounts for the Peranakan community ( Chinese men and pre- Islamic Malay women)which was substantial in Malacca, Penang & Singapore.

Thank you Dr. Melissa for bringing this bit of history of my country. Can I suggest to expand the red box to also include the Borneo side of Malaysia, also known as East Malaysia which comprises of 2 main state, Sarawak and Sabah, alongside with Federal Territory of Labuan? For your considerations. 😊

This is indeed a very good point and I appreciate the feedback! For the purposes of the history video, most of the content pertains to the peninsula so the box was drawn to minimize confusion. In later videos, I adjust the map accordingly to include the entire modern border of Malaysia

Unfortunately, if you need assistance migrating, this channel is unable to advise about individual cases. I encourage you to reach out to immigration services in the country where you would like to migrate and wish you the best of luck.

Malaysia is muslim dominant country right ? And more than half of population are malays ?
    ....in 1965 , Chinese made-up around 35% . But , in 2022 Chinese only 22% of population
