A lot of seeds like this have weird generation, but structure gen isn't a garuntee, that's up to RNG. General structure location is the best you get for a garuntee

Yoo the reason the Canman yes CAN MAN but the reason it was fake is because sometimes (in bedrock idk bout Java) some seeds can be different than the original so if you do it a few times and generate it it might have the village. edit:I could be wrong idk it’s just what I’ve heard and seen so idk.. also thx for the like! Idk why but that badlands seed looked a lot like the image of an active volcano near Yellowstone National park in real life. The only difference was that this didn't look dangerous and is beautiful but Yellowstone one is dangerous to go near, but still beautiful from a drone eye view. 😅🫠🫣
