As a Jamaican This is painful . Wagwarn is Jamaican it’s not English. A lot of English slang is originated from Jamaican patois. It’s comes from London and alot of slang came from the Caribbean :) Ik you are young but just to advise you actually know what they mean 😭😭🩷

Just to let everyone know. There is no evidence that Ice cold water is bad for you. Your body would heat up any cold water before it reaches your internal organs anyway. Think of a kettle, you put cold water in and it reaches 60°+ in minutes. Keep enjoying your ice cold water folk x
