Mrs Katy Perry Bloom is such a wondrous mother and wondrous person. She deserves everything amazing in the world every day and she saved my life. I am her biggest fan in Jerusalem. My Autism does not stop me from winning my Oscar. Today I work at my startup Mobileye Intel in Jerusalem where I daily save lives from car collisions and I will be 27 years old this May 15th in 2021 this year

Katy Perry has had a great influence on my life, and I'm very glad that last year I felt the final push from her to look for a TM centre near me and learn this meditation. 💜 Thanks for uploading this video with her, it's so valuable to me to listen to this. 💜💜💜

Some commentators asked for a transcript, so I decided to make one. I just left out a few of Bob Roth’s sentences; I inserted a few things in parentheses (mainly "TM") to clarify what they are talking about :-)
Bob Roth: If someone says: “What is Transcendental Meditation?” how do you explain it?
Katy Perry: Transcendental Meditation to me is like a great
workout for your mind-without working out, but you get all the
effects of working out. You know, I come from a very spiritual world,
from a very religious upbringing, and it (TM) is not religious, it’s
not spiritual-although I think if you’re taking care of your body
and your mind, that is a spiritual thing-but it (TM) doesn’t have that
kind of religious background. To me it’s mostly medical, and it’s
    like a little pill-but not a pill, it’s a practice. So it’s a
little practice that you do and to me it’s the most (deep) rest, it’s
the most (effective) power nap you could ever get.
Bob: Yes. And that experience, that quiet, they call it the state
of restful alertness according to science, where your mind is
completely settled, but you’re wide-awake. Now one
more question: How do you think it (TM) has impacted your remarkable
    career?
Katy: My life is so crazy, it really is. It’s extreme. I live in
this one percentile, extreme, you know, I’m zigzagging around the
world, I'm on a plane more than I am on ground, and this tool helps
me find moments of peace-because I don't have a whole lot of
time-that extend my day so I can live my fullest capacity. It gives
me two days in one day! It just gives me this power, you know. And I
do it before I write a song sometimes, definitely before I get on
stage. It's just such an incredible, useful, simple tool, that has
made such an impact on me.
And that’s why I’m sitting here with you today.
Bob: You’re very calm on tour, at least with me. I ran into you; you were just coming out of a room, and we’re just sort of chatting, and you looked at me and said, "Bob, there’s 16.000 people waiting
for me, like, right around the corner." You did that-you were polite with me-and just walked out on the stage! There was such an evenness...
    Katy: I’m a multi-tasker...
Bob: You have a great deal of kindness inside; you’re a very kind person.
Katy: Thank you! I think it would be a shame to have such a great
cure all to yourself-like the cure for the common cold-and not to
share it with people that are suffering. So it’s the cure for,
like, the common stress. Stress is a killer these days. I have a lot
of it in my life, and I have a great tool that helps to subside it.
And I want to share that, because I don’t people to suffer, I’d
    like to lift people up.
Bob: And, last question: David Lynch Foundation-our work with
schools, our work with women and children who are victims of abuse,
our work with veterans-tell me your thoughts on the work of the
    David Lynch Foundation.
Katy: I think it’s fantastic to be able to give that kind of
tool in schools where there is so much going on, from disruptive
technology to bullying, to abuse from home, and to be able to teach
them that and for them to be able to have that throughout their whole
educational experience. I think it would just make the educational
experience even better. What you guys are doing with veterans as
well. I know first-hand people-in my own life-that have PTSD. You
were able to teach one of them, and he said that the first time that
he learned (TM) he slept through the night for the first time in years.
And so I know that that has profound impact on them.
Bob: The tipping point has tipped. When you and I met each other
many years ago, it (TM) was still a new idea, but now it’s in schools,
    it’s everywhere.
Katy: There’s nothing to be scared of! I mean, it’s just like
doing good things for your body-it’s like PE (physical education)
for your mind. That’s how they should think about it-without all
the smelly locker rooms and things like that.
Bob: So thank you very much; this is absolutely fantastic, and I appreciate it.
    Katy: I love you.
Bob: I love you very much, Katy.

I would love to do TM but has I've heard, you never know who's the TM teacher around you who might just not give you the mantra that belongs to you and you'll never find what you need. I may just need mines to be complete, cuz I'm not that far off..

I´d love to learn how to meditate like Katy does. For me it feels like I was hit by 3000 watts all the time, climbing walls, so unease, not sleeping well, fear of everything and so on. Please someone tell me how to meditate or smt.

I don't know where in the world you are, but google "transcendental meditation" + the town you live in and you can probably find teachers close to you. Go to a lecture and listen to what they have to say. If you feel that TM could be something for you, then sign up.
I've been doing TM for almost 4 months and it literally saved me from a life full of traumas, anxiety, depression, stress and destructiveness.
