(although it can also be your client...) What i realized reading Brunson's books is that it is all about making it clear for your customer ''How you earned the service that you are offering''... The influence is located in the process part... If your customer understand the process through which you earned your knowledge or your service..they will trust you! Everything else serves that Big Domino. IF they truly get your point of view, the rest will take care of itself on its own.
