Quba & Co meets...Tim Brabants Olympic Sprint Kayaking Champion

Tim Brabants MBE and 2008 Sprint Kayaking Olympic Champion has become the latest Quba brand ambassador. Whether training hard or relaxing by the water Quba's menswear is a perfect fit with Tim's lifestyle. Tim has been Paddling since 1987 and has won medals at the Olympics, World and European Championships. During a 25 year career Tim has had many challenges, coming back from an 18 month break from the sport in 2004 to recovering from a serious pec tendon injury in 2011. Each time Tim has shown great self-belief and determination thriving on the personal challenge. Tim's dedication and commitment to canoeing has been second to none and was acknowledged in the 2009 New Year's Honours with an MBE for his services to kayaking. We met up with Tim in Teddington to discuss caneoing, the Olympics and what it takes to become a world champion.
