Nice
Nice work man.
Thank you..
Nossa que projeto bonito. Obrigado
Thank you..😁
Great work dude! I was wondering if it can be possible to have de solidworks´s (or any design software you have used) files. Many thanks in advance!
I only share final stl files. I'm always changing my sldpart file for new attachment or upgrade that why its not good enough to share there will be error sometimes on the files
Nice sir
Thanky0u
Superrrrrr
Thanks dud.
haha a Franky´s fan?
amazing project, you are really creative. just one question, how do you clamp the whole base to the desk?
I printed already the clamp for that. 😂 but n0t included on the video..
@@eiurandelfkhan2299 would you please share the stls with me?
Np. Already add signal turn and that clamp. N0w alm0st finish the handbrake ''button function yet'' 🤣. Ill share it maybe tomorrow.
To busy at the moment
good morning, I have a question, the steering wheel returns to its position centered by the emc utility program?
Cheers
Yes.
@@eiurandelfkhan2299 Thanks for answering me, but what is that option? Softlock, Damper, Friction or inertia?
@@juanfran9057 thats the setting how the wheel behave for the force feed back..i just use the default for those.
That's great!
What is the gear ratio and what motor did you use?
Is it MY1016?
Its 775 dc 12v motor. 10t drive pulley and the driven i dont exactly remember but is somewhere arount 45T.
Why didn't you use a 1: 1 gear ratio for the encoder? Also your project looks good
So that it will give more PPR. More PPR means smooth wheel rotation.
Ex. A clock, has 60 seconds if you make that 60 sec 3ple or more you will not be able to see that the hand will stop at a certain point of time.
Hard to explain hope you get what i mean. 😂
If we do it with mdf, what are the dimensions of the mdf we get? And for the screw holes in mdf, can you mark it on A4 paper and get it as a photocopy and drill it?
I think i believe I uploaded also a template for that. But the clamp hole on this one does not match the one I recently uploaded. You need to figure out where would be the great spot for clamp mounting hole. You can do it that's why it is called DIY 😂
what length of cable did you use for the buttons on your steering wheel
More or less 230mm
how wide is the timing belt?
As i can recall. 11mm or 12mm only.
@@eiurandelfkhan2299 ok thanks bro
How did you connect the power supply?
I used psu 12v 120w it has male and female plug screw tightened..
Hello, what type of plastic do you use to print on a 3d printer?
Pla+ esun sir
@@eiurandelfkhan2299 Okey, thanks for your answer.
@@eiurandelfkhan2299, and one more question, how much plastic did you use for this project?
@@sonikot6939 for this one 1.2 kg n0 shifter..
@@eiurandelfkhan2299 is normal PLA good to?
how many grams did you spend on a 3d printer?
Almost 1kg. 😅 20% fiĺl. 1.75 wall
Rotary Encoder 600/400/360?
600ppr with pulley 1:2
Do you have a discord account? I would like to ask my questions there.
Yup
Eiura#3308
Tell me, please, what is the number of revolutions per minute of your dc motor?
4k something
@@eiurandelfkhan2299 If I take at 15000 rpm will it work?
@@eiurandelfkhan2299 and what Pulley did you use?
@@stroymoney-lr7nb it will i have 12k+ on other one. But it gets hotter faster compare to 4k rpm m0t0r.
@@stroymoney-lr7nb as i can recall 4:1 ratio on encoder side. Driven pulley have 10t. Motor side is 5:1 ratio better 6:1 i guess
Can I use 6204 bearing?
For what?
@@eiurandelfkhan2299 I couldn't find the bearing you used. I found bearing number 6204. Can I plug it in for the steering foundation?
@@fatihcatal692 Ill check later
@@fatihcatal692 Id and od of that 6204 bearing?
Any issues with overheating?
Over in ffb setting will result to overheat. Thats why its up to you how to deal with c00ling system and setting of ffb
thanks for your answer @@eiurandelfkhan2299
What's the model number on the rotary encoder?
I think i posted it in the description dude. Please check.. Happy DIY 😂
