i got this Dylan Blue from a few month agos.For me this one is 60% Dior + Sauvage 30%BDC 10%Invictus.But on my skin its not last at all.Only first 2-3hours then became to the skin scent Even im living in Bkk,Thailand n The weather is damn hottt here. Easy to wear n Complement getter. 7/10 On my personal option. 😊

I've worn this twice at work and BOTH time a woman stopped me in the hall to tell me how great I smell. The second asked me what I was wearing. I love that the 'softness' of the fragrance means you can go heavy on the sprays and not worry about it being cloying or stinging the nose. It's easy-to-wear and can be worn for pretty much any occasion except formal. It is a compliment monster and it's just delightful. It's easily my Scent Of The Summer so far...

I have this one, and it's okay. I wish I liked it more. I will still be reaching towards Acqua Di Gio Profumo and Dior Sauvage before this one during the summer, but I will definitely spray this on a few times for an evening situation.
I have a decant of this and already love it. This scent warrants a full purchase for me. Oddly enough, this reminds me of a certain shaving cream I was playing around with as a kid at my uncle's house 😂 I find it difficult to get into fresh scents because I gravitate towards what some would consider winter frags. For example I love Spicebomb, Layton, Bond No. 9 Lafayette St., Kilian's Intoxicated, and Replica's By The Fireplace. My freshie arsenal needs help!
Thank you Steve, this is by far the most solid and informative review of Dylan Blue that I have seen yet. I definitely see the similarities to Sauvage and Bleu, but I think it's actually even better. I also see a very strong resemblance to ADG Profumo which is another excellent fragrance that I would love to see you review as well.
I own Savuage, Bleu De Chanel, and Dylan Blue. I feel your description of Dylan Blue is perfect. The first two hours of this fragrance has distinct Bleu De Chanel incense notes, minus the sweetness. As it dries down the ambroxin becomes more evident and it starts to feel more like Sausage.
Bought it a week after it was released here in 🇦🇺 Fell in love with the scent the second I smelled it. Great release by Versace & great review Steven 👍
Great review.... the only thing is, I don't agree at all that women would smell good with this. This is classically masculine without being grandpa, but a male scent all the way. Best for men in the 25-40 age range.

I agree with everything except... longevity. Does well for first hour or so, projecting well with three sprays, but then dries down to skin scent on me.
Just ordered a 6.7oz for $65 shipped! Lily Direct has $2.99 shipping but i used code sitef15 to save 5%. Checked other sites and i dont want a 3.4oz bottle. Only Versace i have that sucks is Oud Noir. No one carried it in stores so i had to blind buy it. I used to shop on fragrancenet but i hate paying shipping. I live in Alaska and use Fragrancex or Lily Direct for my cologne.

I wasn't aware you're from Alaska. My only hesitation in ordering from Lilydirect is that they're shipping from California. During the summer months especially, those 3rd party delivery trucks could be steaming during a heat wave and they usually ship ground.
Yeah. If I didn't like what I got return policy is solid. eBay is one site I'd never buy from. Without online discounters id never be able to build a collection. Once I place my order I can track it and usually within 3-4 days it will arrive to my work address.
I agree with you 👍the original was released just after Blue De Chanel...this two smells will be closest to each other.. I finally got round to trying this on my skin. I'm getting a alcohol base note just as with a test strip. This makes it feel a bit cheap, and that is a shame as I believed I would pick it up and not pass on it like I am.

Something about Sauvage makes it smell "cleaner". But Dylan Blue is great, too. Also, there's something in Dylan Blue that smells very much like one of those Lacoste fragrances that I had before, I just can't remember which one.

I have it and it is a good all-around fragrance, could be mysignature scent but I agree that it is 4 star equavalent, not quite one of my 5-stars but close. HATE Dior Sauvage ... too musky in hot weather. Dylan Blue is amazing, although doesnt have amazing longevity (but, honestly, Im a light sprayer anyway).
I've been wearing this one for about 6 months now and I must say, it's definitely 100% a compliment getter. You absolutely can't go wrong with this fragrance.

I really like and hate Robes08. He has a great collection, but he can become a bore really quick after 10 minutes. simpa256 I haven't smelled Dylan blue yet but I do love atlantique. I prefer it over Sauvage. Atlantique is basically a more aquatic take on an ambroxan bomb like Sauvage and I think it works really well.

Hi well I barely I bought this cologne and I feel like it only last 1-2 hours and I have I feel like it only projects for 20 min I spray 4 on my neck it can be that I also got used to it but I really doubt it because even my friends say they can't smell it what I'm I doing wrong also my skin isn't dry

The girl not only said it smelled good but also said she appreciated that I was wearing it in her office due to they nice scent it gave off. Too bad I am married. :)
i have the frageance from a serious online store. everything is ok. but the medusa logo in the centre is a little bit crooked. could that be a mistake during the producing or do i have a fake.
I own aqua di gio as my first fragrance, then move onto prada luna rosa which is a beast in a rainy day for me anyway, tom ford black orchid for winter days every now and then when i want to smell different lmfao. I did own eros but gave it away just because it wasnt for me lmfao way too strong but i will be adding this to the collection as an everyday wear rotate with aqua di gio since i love that scent lmdao

Dylan Blue is far better though. Eros smells like a synthetic chemical mess with some green apple and vanilla mixed in. It's even more chemical/synthetic smelling than sauvage for me. Dylan Blue is a mix of sauvage and bleu de chanel with a bit of versace pour homme which is why it's so great.

It's not for women, Ploi. In my opinion it's a seductive masculine scent, though not a manly man's fragrance like the original Dior Fahrenheit.

I love the opening but hate the dry version.
Why ?
I have it and it is a good all-around fragrance, could be mysignature scent but I agree that it is 4 star equavalent, not quite one of my 5-stars but close. I foolishly bought the 200ml because of the price points but probably shouldn't have. I'm new to the fragrance scenr. Thanks for another great review.
What about projection and longevity on this one compared to Dior Sauvage and Blue De Channel?
Sauvage has much better projection, but this one has better longevity. Bleu de Chanel is the happy medium.
HATE Dior Sauvage ... too musky in hot weather. Dylan Blue is amazing, although doesnt have amazing longevity (but, honestly, Im a light sprayer anyway).

I own Dylan Blue but i hate the smell, it smells like cheap deodorant or shower gel, boring and it lacks creativity. 4/10
I've been wearing this one for about 6 months now and I must say, it's definitely 100% a compliment getter. You absolutely can't go wrong with this fragrance.

It smells very synthetic and Metallicy
It's obvious you're a teacher, haha. I myself am a History teacher. You follow a precise outline, like a teacher. I like how you stick to the relevant points inside of 10 minutes. I'm really starting to bore of the reviewers who go longer than 10 minutes...unless they have good looking women on their videos, like Jeremy and Brooklyn Fragrance Lover. I really like and hate Robes08. He has a great collection, but he can become a bore really quick after 10 minutes. So, thank you for being precise and sticking to the main idea/themes (teacher terms, haha) on your reviews.
Some of them (e.g. Dallas from Chaos Fragrances) go above the 10 minutes mark because it's more profitable for them due to the youtube AI algorithm.

But I'd love to see dylan vs atlantiqve as those are like two little bros of sauvage and adg profumo. Honestly, atlantiqve is better smelling to me. What do you think?
simpa256 I haven't smelled Dylan blue yet but I do love atlantique. I prefer it over Sauvage. Atlantique is basically a more aquatic take on an ambroxan bomb like Sauvage and I think it works really well.
I love Sauvage more than Atlantiqve.

Hi well I barely I bought this cologne and I feel like it only last 1-2 hours and I have I feel like it only projects for 20 min I spray 4 on my neck it can be that I also got used to it but I really doubt it because even my friends say they can't smell it what I'm I doing wrong also my skin isn't dry

I have 15 of the top fragrances that are popular and get compliments, even Aventus. However the only one that I got a compliment with was Dylan Blue. The girl not only said it smelled good but also said she appreciated that I was wearing it in her office due to they nice scent it gave off. Too bad I am married. :)

I own aqua di gio as my first fragrance, then move onto prada luna rosa which is a beast in a rainy day for me anyway, tom ford black orchid for winter days every now and then when i want to smell different lmfao. I did own eros but gave it away just because it wasnt for me lmfao way too strong but i will be adding this to the collection as an everyday wear rotate with aqua di gio since i love that scent lmdao

Eros is a compliment getter also.
Dylan Blue is far better though. Eros smells like a synthetic chemical mess with some green apple and vanilla mixed in. It's even more chemical/synthetic smelling than sauvage for me. Dylan Blue is a mix of sauvage and bleu de chanel with a bit of versace pour homme which is why it's so great.
