@@jbitt1617 I think Dandy's thought process is that instead of trading brick 2-1 for any resource, he would trade brick 1 for 1 or even 1 for 2 with players. also taking early brick port might make him an easy target with the 6 block.
Great game Dandy! Do you think in future videos you would be able to make the chat larger? It's really hard for me to see and I like being able to see how you're communicating with the other players.
very good game !! I am thinking about the set up, you always find ways to surprise me, I would have gone 10/9 ore port, 6 12 11 thinking it was very good ows set up
Seen what you've picked, but haven't seen the rest of the players after you Q: why not take the 9-4-11? 1 extra road to the 5-2, yes but you block the 4-11-5 spot Also, then you should (and I feel it's better to) change the order of your picks to start with 2w1b
Any reason you preferred this setup to 9/4/11 down and 10/8/3 up? Is it too much of a gamble assuming 6/4/3 goes to blue, and red eventually takes 6/11/12. to me black is the only question, most likely I would think he takes 9/10 but they could also take 5/11 down and then that really kills you
Dandy what do you think about 6-4-3 then 10-3-8 set up and going straight for brick port set up? It's possibly worse as you'd be a farther from the 5 wheat and your sheep would be rare but my head went straight to that and no one afaik mentioned it in the chat.
Haven’t watched yet but thinking 942 up to the 5 wheat and 643 up to the brick port. Side by side with great road game and decent expansion spots
Well. Was mostly correct. Personally like the appeal of the brick port but the expansion onto the ore is also very strong

Dang Dandy, that 4th position really does have your name on it recently 😂

That's how it comes out when he plays on ipad

3-4-6, 3-9-11, sheep port could be an interesting meme setup
Surprised you didn’t plow black at 34:20.
I was gonna ask for his thoughts there too
8-3 settle or 6-2 settle looks stronger to me
Drink every time Drew says “standpoint”
Amazing side by side! Though i really think red misplay this. Bad decision after bad decision
34:50 "i dont have vps" 😜
I didn’t lie! I had VP, not VPs 😂
Red is super strong 14:24
yeah, if he had gone for early city and wood port after the wheat port, it would have been a completely different game
is there a reason to settle on sheep port instead of brick port at the end?

nice title change dandy!

You would get plowed by 492 trying to get to 6brick and port
Did you post the board before or after the first three players had placed?
"niche" = neeeeeeesh not nitch
4th again lol
I pretty much live in 4th position at this point.
Again. Trash setup (compared to others). Easy win
