You have so enriched our lives with your travel. Thank you for the extended time on I-70 in Colorado and the unedited video of the canyon. It was spectacular. And in terms of editing, thank you for showing us your safe arrival at your rest stop - humans love completed acts and knowing you were tucked in for the night after hours of driving was restful to viewers as well as for you.
What he hit in that drive was massive and took in some of the most beautiful terrain this country has to offer. As great a job as he did, it still doesn't do it justice. The drive from Rawlins to Thermopolis is one of a kind.
I’m planning a trip to America from Ireland in May next year . I will be flying into Denver , then from there I’ll be heading to Moab , Arches ,Bryce Canyon and then up to Yellowstone and finishing off by heading across Wyoming into South Dakota Badlands and back to Denver basically a big circle. So I’ll be driving this same route through the Rockies .To say I’m excited is an understatement and it’s because of your great channel I’m able to watch and plan my adventures . Thanks Robert !!
Hope your including Zion National Park in that trip...it's a MUST SEE! Best to be entered from the East (which is I think the way you will be coming) the mile long tunnel (the 2nd one you will pass through) reveals something amazing once your on the other side that I did not expect!
North Dakota Badlands are much more colorful and beautiful! South Dakota's are white. My favorite part of SD is around Custer, the Black Hills sparkle in the sun!❤
I have been following and enjoying your travels around the US for the past several years. I particularly enjoy seeing the country, places and attractions that I never had the opportunity to see, as well as places where I have traveled and seeing things that I missed. I am pleased that you like traveling I-70 through Glenwood Canyon and even went out of your way to travel that section of the interstate system. I was a member of the design team at the Colorado Department of Transportation where I worked on the design of that segment of I70 through the canyon for 16 years, which was the last portion of the interstate system to be constructed. The design and construction won many awards and is considered the “Crown Jewel” of the interstate system. I am looking forward to seeing your travels through Alaska and the Yukon country.
I thoroughly enjoy watching your videos. The music is unique, your drone footage was so fun! It is my dream to quit my job and drive around the country, I’ve been camping since I was six months old!
Amazing Video! I love the back roads and the Wind River Canyon. It’s great that you always tell it like it is, like the rude chocolate guy. Never change. You make everything so real.
I've watched your older videos and even though those were back then they were still great but you have definitely perfected your skills...that canyon drive unedited was epic...as many others here have commented, I loved the drone shots on the 2nd canyon as well, what a treat nearly every Sunday morning that I look forward too and when it's not here I'm sorely disappointed lol...but hey, I know you almost never disappoint! I also liked the story of how that one song that is used mostly when the drone is used came into being...I know whenever that starts it's about to get EPIC!
Robert your videos are unmatched. I can’t wait to see what you have for us every Sunday. Thank you so much for such beautiful footage and music! Blessings to you and your beautiful wife on your journey!
Thank you for sharing your videos. My wife and I look forward to your video releases. We this past May drove through Greenwood Cayon. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. Our country has endless beauty to see here. It is really awesome to see wild horses out running. I first some some in Eminence MO. while out riding. Safe travels to you and your little wife.
Long ways away from Sweetwater Robert. Love that you choose to take roads less travelled. That drive makes one want to pack the car and head West. Thanks for sharing 👍🇺🇸
Thanks Robert for taking us along. The drive was beautiful. On a sour night I will never understand how people who own businesses are rude to customers. Take care
“I just love American west, & this canyon epitomizes that” by Robert Morales!!! Robert wow!!! Nice drone shot!! Thank you sir for the wonderful video!!
Several times I have driven I-70 from Denver to Vail Valley, but I haven't been there in over 20 years. Thank you for taking us on that gorgeous drive today.
Beautiful landscape and the roads in great condition to tow mini Tini...another great video 📹 ! Stopping by the side of the road to take a bird's 🐦 view with the drone was genius 👌
Hope you had a great birthday celebration. Mine's tomorrow. 51. Loved the 15 mile drive. Gorgeous scenery. And, you would have raved about those chocolates if the guy had been kind. His attitude soured the experience, I'm sure. Safe travels, Robert and Ily. Adore you both for sharing these adventures with us.
What a marvelous video! Beautiful scenery, interesting and entertaining commentary from you and cooking! I always enjoy the view from the camera looking straight down into the pan. Happy belated birthday too you!
wow such spectacular views along the highway, and even the skies are gorgeous, you're right something about the west is so captivating, love this video!
Thanks as always Robert. I have done that drive from Denver to Grand Junction about 20 times and it never gets old. Watching this makes me want to go back out there. One of my favorite pictures is at that very rest stop by Dillon Lake. Hope Alaska is treating you both well. Glenwood Springs is always a favorite stop for me with the gorgeous cliffs and valley
I love Colorado. Drove around the Rockies several times. I Elk Hunt every year now in Colorado. I'll be buying a trialer soon and staying all summer in SW Colorado for years to come. Florida is insane heat and miserable in the summer.
You are an inspiration in my life. I talked my wife into living in a trailer with me and we have not looked back 2+ years now. I am so glad I found your page!
Great video! I have not driven on I-70 past about Vail, so I'm glad you showed the rest of the way. There is something about following a river along a highway. Love it!
Thanks Robert. My wife and i did most of this back in 2015 and will never forget the experience of driving through Glenwood canyon. We stayed one night in Thermopolis which we found mega interesting with it's dinosaur connections. Thank you for bringing back so many memories to a couple of aging Australian pensioners. We look forward to every new posting !!!!
Hello Traveling Robert, I have traveled along I-70 westbound through the Rockies and have also traveled through Cody and to Yellowstone National Park, and what an amazing way to get to Canada. Robert, OUTSTANDING VIDEO and I can't wait to once again explore Yellowstone and Maybe even Grand Teton. Ohhh by the way, in Cody you've got to check Old Trail Town...Do it!
Absolutely awesome video! I used to teach geology in the Wind River Canyon. It is not only one of the most picturesqe places in the U.S west, but it also contains so much geologic history, from the beginning of the Cambrian Peiod through the Cretaceous. Truly a marvelous place!
I just love the set up of your camera mounted on top of your camper...I missed Colorado Springs - was stationed in Ft. Carson way back in 1984-1985....
You had different priorities this trip, scooting on to the final frontier! For future reference, the state road from Baggs, Wyoming east over the Sierra Madre to Encampment, Wyoming is spectacular, as is the road over Snowy range from Saratoga, Wy to Laramie, Wy. Nice spot you had on the BLM outside Baggs!
Colorado and Wyoming in the same video?! Yes please! Wonderful video, excellent drone shots, beautiful terrain. My first canyon ever was the Wind River back in 2017 when I was in WY for the great solar eclipse. Loved the wild horses!!
I love how the Front Range rises up from the high plains! Beautiful highways. I have driven them before and will drive them again in the future, I hope. One day I would love to ride my bike up Mt Evens.
Been following you since your Finland roadtrip, incredible that the same guy who drove through Vasa is now on a road trip to Alaska. Thanks for letting us ride along!
I loved seeing I-70 Glenwood Canyon again. Such a BEAUTIFUL drive. I had the pleasure driving it back in 2015 (in the other direction though). Your 2014 trip there (4 corners) was a HUGE inspiration. Thanks Robert ;-)
I very much enjoyed this video. Especially, the shots of the goose and wild horses at dawn as well as the cloud before that. The lens you used to take those shots is amazing. You are passing through a lot my old stomping grounds. So, I am really enjoying these latest episodes. I am very partial to this area in SW Wyoming since I worked there as a young man working on drill crews just to the west. Also, as a child, we used to travel from NE Montana to New Mexico every summer to visit our grandparents. We probably took the easterly route you were originally going to take. Finally, a few episodes ago you drove through my old hometown of Mena, Arkansas west of Hot Springs. Next time, stop and I'll buy a flight of IPA at our local brewery! Now, back to the video. PS: I agree. most of this area is featureless terrain that only a plainsman could love. I suppose it is an acquired taste. But when the beauty of God's handiwork is revealed or recognized, it is amazing.
Congratulations Robert , I 've traveled the Pacific and Atlantic coasts from end to end , I 'm Brazilian and I love traveling in the USA My last trip was in July , I went from Florida to Dallas in Texas , very good , I get inspired by your travels and accompanied you for a few years, thank you very much for providing us with so much wealth in travel, never stop traveling so may God always bless you brother in all your travels, big hug!!!
What an amazing drive! Well done! You’ve inspired the husband and I to hopefully do this someday soon. I have to say, I got a chuckle out of your review of the chocolate shop 😂 lol! thanks for keeping it real! Hey, there’s no excuse for a bad attitude especially when you’re peddling CHOCOLATE 🍫 geez!
Very nice video... I have driven the areas you covered today, beautiful area. It is easier for me to get to since I live in SE Idaho. I was in Yellowstone earlier this year, it was unbelievably green from all the snow from this past winter. This area had record snow.
Its good you veered off of I-25 north and headed West from there....Approx 3 yrs ago i went from Colorado Springs to Wyoming I-80 through Denver in our motorhome....Far and away that stretch of I-25 was the worst road we have been on.....Beat the RV to death, could not wait to get off that freeway....Other than that stretch of Freeway, we really liked Colorado....
I’ve not been to Wyoming. It has some good looking scenery so May do one day. The grand Tetons are on my bucket list as well as Yellowstone. Hopefully one day

So true!!!!
The Glenwood Canyon drive uncut was epic, nice touch Robert.
I have done that drive and it is truly epic.
@@bobbydice8934 I have as well and could not agree more, ha!
As you march past 250K subs onto 500K subs, its cool to see how your videos improve from year to year. Congrats!

It will be a trip you will always remember! America the beautiful😊
I hope that you aren’t planning on doing all of this in one week 😉. Many Europeans underestimate the size of the US, or even a region in the US.
Hope your including Zion National Park in that trip...it's a MUST SEE! Best to be entered from the East (which is I think the way you will be coming) the mile long tunnel (the 2nd one you will pass through) reveals something amazing once your on the other side that I did not expect!

The Red Rocks Amphitheater is the coolest place to listen to a concert on earth!
