I'd be interested in a remote like this, but the major feature it lacks is voice command functionality.

I think that will be too complex for a smart remote. It works with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexia
The remote itself is good. It's the hassle of configuring it to operate your devices that makes it not so good. The app is on your phone which is great, but it took me two days of messing around to get it to run all my devices properly. The software needs to be better.
Terrible device!! I used it for about 6+ months and thrown it in the trashcan. Very bad support, poor Bluetooth connection etc. One piece of sh*t in my opinion. It's sad that Logitech quit with their remotes...
What problem where you having?
Loosing Bluetooth connection to the Nvidia Shield after a while, have to pair it once in a month. Device is slow responding, hub does not wakeup, need to cycle the power it to get it alive again. This was all geting worse after the latest firmware last year.After that I never did see any new firmware, support is not responding on my tickets.
