I have very less knowledge of SCM. Which one should I do first , SCM analytics or SCM fundamentals

You could start with either or both. SC0x is always open and 'learner-paced'. It only has a single final exam. So you can go at your own pace. SC1x is on a schedule. There's a lot more info at mm.mit.edu/scm

I would like to pursue this program. I want to know is there any maths foundation courses.

You should have basic algebra. You can enroll in the course for free to check out the level of math.
