Easy homemade Trail Mix

- A great snack for when you're outdoors, in between sports or during the commute! Just a handful of trail mix is a good way to meet your daily micronutrients requirements. (Although, do watch your quantity).
Quick & easy recipe:
Ingredients:
Almonds - 50 gms
Walnuts - 50 gms
Pecans - 50 gms
Hazelnuts - 50 gms
Sunflower Seeds - 50 gms
Pumpkin Seeds - 50 gms
Goji Berries - 30 gms
Dried Apricots (roughly chopped) - 6 pieces
Dried Fig (roughly chopped) - 6 pieces
Roasted Flat Broad Beans (lightly salted) - 50 gms
Roasted Chickpeas (lightly salted) - 50 gms
Raw Cacao Nibs - 25 gms
Method:
1. In a mixing bowl, add all Nuts & Seeds (pecans, almonds, pecans, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds) and mix well.
2. Prepare a baking tray with butter paper and spread the mixture of nuts & seeds.
3. Bake them in a pre-heated oven at 150°C for 5 mins.
4. Allow these to cool down completely.
5. Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl goji berries, dried apricots, dried figs, roasted flat broad beans, roasted chana, raw cacao nibs, mix them well.
6. Mix in cooled nuts & seeds with the above mixture and mix them well.
7. Trail Mix can be stored in an airtight container for 7 -10 days.
