0:21 The vulture's always been such a headscratcher for me. The coloration and especially the face say turkey vulture, but its got the white collar and long, bare neck typical of Old World vultures like Ruppell's vulture. But according to the game files, it's a *king* vulture, which is a completely different looking bird.
It would have been so amazing if they did include the condor, because that likely would have introduced higher flying birds, which would have brought with it all kinds of new building options to keep them contained.
So the condor at 0:22 and oxpecker at 0:32 were originally going to be walking ambients or adoptable animals? This would've made modding in birds easier.
It's hard to say really. Neither of them having any eating nodes or other behaviour beyond just having a few additional land animations. The Oxpecker animation was also removed from the final game, while the vulture's pecking animation is still present.
They are only flying ambients in the final game, though they come with a variety of extra animations too. I'm not sure if they were planned to be full animals at one point though.
man this really makes me wish planet zoo had more personality for the huge amount of money they want for animals you cant access all items for unless you buy all the dlc (a secret feature )

Most of these animations aren't present. In particular, the oxpecker hopping and most of the guest attacks were omitted from the final game.
