I just started learning Spanish! Duolingo is actually really good for getting that dopamine hit. The sounds, colors, and visuals make it fun and I look forward to doing it every day!

My friends and I literally did a Korean Horror Movie night this past Friday where I contributed the chicken, my one friend contributed the ramen and my other contributed the drinks and it was so much fun!
Love videos like this! For me I know not everyone has an iPhone but if your phone is updated you can click the same do not disturb button and edit the focuses. I have one for work and one for sleep. Only things for sleep is phone calls, notes and solitaire. You keep your other apps still but don’t have access to them if you have set up this system. Been super helpful lately. Love the video, super helpful.
Sometimes when I catch that I'm doom scrolling I pop onto youtube and find one of the longer podcast style videos and listen or watch that it may not be productive per say but I feel like it satisfys whatever it is I'm trying to satisfy with doom scrolling.
I'm not a doomscroller, but I am a procrastinator! I've recently started learning French on duolingo, I regularly do short courses on the most random subjects and Pinterest brings me joy. I'm obsessed with properties and interior design so I like to create different boards for different style properties.
