Luis Miguel is a mix of many things. Spanish and italian heritage, born in Puerto Rico with american citizenship. Moved to Mexico as a child, then to Spain and then back to Mexico still a kid to become the star of Mexico and pursuit his mexican citizenship. He has stated that he considers himself mexican and us mexicans love to say he is one of our own. He is a very international person though so he is more than just mexican for many people I think.

Here in México there are so many people that say's singing Mariachi songs are "easy" that is only screaming but believe me, Mariachi song is very difficult, you could be a great singer, and sing mariachi songs doing all notes perfectly and sound like mehhh. The difficulty on mariachi songs is that you have to put the feeling, you have to understand the dynamic of the song and sing in in that way, if you try to sing it with extreme romanticism or trying to show off your voice it's not going to work. oh, and let me tell you, I'm your big fun, I love your videos.

Here in México there are so many people that say's singing Mariachi songs are "easy" that is only screaming but believe me, Mariachi song is very difficult, you could be a great singer, and sing mariachi songs doing all notes perfectly and sound like mehhh. The difficulty on mariachi songs is that you have to put the feeling, you have to understand the dynamic of the song and sing in in that way, if you try to sing it with extreme romanticism or trying to show off your voice it's not going to work.
