Thank you sir...I have learnt many times but watching your video I think I don't need to see ever how to perform BLS from anyone. Thank you so much once again.
The lectures are worthy . In a proper way. One time listening to lecture of ur videos are enough to learn. About topics. No need to read again from the medical books. Thankyou so much for the great teaching doctor. It’s really helpful.
Wish we had certificates for watching vedios too... Amazing stuff... Just a suggestion. If u could simulate all the events simultaneously at the end of video for quick review, it'd be better.
Thanks for this excellent video on BLS with step by step demonstration which every medical student and doctors can learn and practice . Plz share video on ACLS also.
This is very I informative and well simplified with rationale behind every action. And this made me to subscribe to the channel immediately in order to learn more. Thank you for the lecture
amazing stuff! can't wait for the acls video. Also would appreciate videos on other emergency scenarios such as status epilepticus, different types of shocks, etc.
Thank you so much sir. I'm a fresher. Alhamdulillah...I passed my MRCEM part 1 during my internship which make me the youngest in my home country to have this. Now studying for part 2. So to say I do have the knowledge but don't have adequate clinical experience of ED. Your vedios are tremendously helpful for me. Please never stop. The little tips here and there are really appreciated.
Hi, Dear Dr. I love the way you teach. I learned many many things. Thank you so much. Dr. I couldn't find your ACLS video! May you send the link? Thank you so much
Sir, I have a doubt regarding a condition. If a patient develop tension pneumothorax, he will be tachycardiac and soon become unresponsive. In such a case if we compress the chest, pressure will further increase in pleural cavity. If this happens outside the hospital setting, people around the patient might not identify the condition or might not have authority to decompress the chest. But this has to be done immediately. Can you please explain how to handle this situation, and also mention weather CPR worsen the condition in this case or not, and are there any other condition in which we should not go for CPR even though the patient is unresponsive.
If you are talking about a scenario outside the hospital, then obviously you need to continue the CPR as you are not well equipped outside the hospital. But if you are inside the hospital, & if you are suspecting pneumothorax, then obviously you need to decompress ASAP. So basically you have to continue CPR and simultaneously rule out 5H's & 5 T's (will discuss in my next video on ACLS) ☺️ I hope, I'm able to clear your doubt☺️
Thank you sir for the amazing video.I have a doubt. Why is it necessary to continue cpr after shock is delivered? Won't heart start functioning as rhythm gets corrected?
Wish we could get certificate classes from you sir.. absolutely out of the world, the way you explain is second to none..god bless you
Thank you so much dear for such lovely words of appreciation. Means a lot to us! ❤️☺️
