I still don't like Malia; I don't like the way they treated Hannah, either. I did not like Bugsy and feel Sandy favored Malie and Bugsy over highly qualified Hannah.
For me it's going two ways. Malia going to Sandy for help with certain situations makes sense and is a learning curve her in how to direct or correct any work issues with the crew. It's a learning curve for her which is good. At the same time she looks like a whinny toddler. When the deck crew called her sweetheart even if it wasn't with malicious intent to undermine her, she still thought It was and told like a cry baby. She didn't get all balls until she told Sandy and Sandy checked them about it, then she wanted to say something about it. I believe she was bratty and told way too much to Captain Sandy to fix her small problems. And the room situation and being called sweetheart were so much dramatic in my opinion. She didn't need Sandy for the that . How are you going to learn as Bosun when you're depending on your boss to hold your hand and favorite you.
Captain Sandy should have a debrief meeting after each charter - one on one with Boson, Chief Stew and Chef - empower them or micromanage them, and not play favorites (aka Malia).
I know people feel bad for Hannah but in all honesty she wasn’t a good chief stew. She said herself she was there. For a pay check and you could tell. Bugsy runs rings around her and if i was in a business that involved big tips I wouldnt want Hannah on my team.

I think for Hannah, if you are getting no support from your Captain. The plotting and scheming which was going on by Millia and Bugsy against Hannah whilst Hannahwas supporting and comforting Kecho. It was so underhand. Mila blindsided both Hannah and Kecko with Captain Sandy. Captain Sandy already new that Hannah was suffering from panic attacks. Mila set up the photo, taking her scheming to the next level , clearly going through Hannah’s belongings to do so. Sending it to Captain Sandy late into the night only show how together they both were involved with plotting against Hannah. Disgusting and for Bravo to condone this behaviour To get the respect back from there audience Bravo have only one honest direction, SACK CAPTAIN AND MILIA. !!
Honestly I don’t think Hannah’s even been a great chief stew, but I definitely had a lot of empathy for her in this situation. Malia took advantage of the info she found out when Hannah was in a vulnerable state and all for what just to change cabins she’s disgustingly manipulative

Although I like Hannah, she had checked out by this season and wasn’t doing her job as well as usual. Captain Sandy definitely played favourites with Malia but Hannah should have declared her medication when she got on the yacht so that was her fault. I think she was ready to leave as she was over it and wanted to get home. She has a lot of good memories to look back on and she did her best. Malia is just Malia, someone who will do whatever it takes to get what she wants, and I actually don’t think Sandy is that bad. She was really nice to Colin and Joao and provided support when they were feeling emotional. She started disliking Hannah when she wasn’t doing her job as effectively. Bugsy is a more disciplined, fair, hardworking, and organised Chief Stew.

Captain Sandy. I normally think of you as a pretty good captain. But you rearranging the crews bunks to accommodate miss princess and her pricness boyfriend chef is completely unprofessional and out of line. You know what sea life is like, how can you put a whinny couple priority over the rest of your crew? Firstly Malia is a little too high on her own pedistol for her own good thinking she can just bully ppl into getting what she wants and the chef qq about everything like a spoiled little boy....wow bad call on your part. You demoralise the crew for a bosun and a chef. and speaking as someone who has worked on boats for years both in the military and as a civilian.
Hannah was also involved in Kiko getting fired when she told him to cook that awful meal of chicken and said it was Las Vegas food. She saw the guests getting all dressed up and the table setting so she knew the food didn’t match. Then behind Kiko’s back she lied and said she hadn’t suggested that meal. Hannah cares about Hannah. She bullied Daniel, was rude to some of the guests, lazy at times, and unfortunately, Bugsy makes a better Chief Stew, but Hannah was entertaining to watch especially when she had arguments with the crew and got involved in relationships with the guests. However, I wanted want to work with her.

For me it's going two ways. Malia going to Sandy for help with certain situations makes sense and is a learning curve her in how to direct or correct any work issues with the crew. It's a learning curve for her which is good. At the same time she looks like a whinny toddler. When the deck crew called her sweetheart even if it wasn't with malicious intent to undermine her, she still thought It was and told like a cry baby. She didn't get all balls until she told Sandy and Sandy checked them about it, then she wanted to say something about it. I believe she was bratty and told way too much to Captain Sandy to fix her small problems. And the room situation and being called sweetheart were so much dramatic in my opinion. She didn't need Sandy for the that . How are you going to learn as Bosun when you're depending on your boss to hold your hand and favorite you.

I think for Hannah, if you are getting no support from your Captain. The plotting and scheming which was going on by Millia and Bugsy against Hannah whilst Hannahwas supporting and comforting Kecho. It was so underhand. Mila blindsided both Hannah and Kecko with Captain Sandy. Captain Sandy already new that Hannah was suffering from panic attacks. Mila set up the photo, taking her scheming to the next level , clearly going through Hannah’s belongings to do so. Sending it to Captain Sandy late into the night only show how together they both were involved with plotting against Hannah. Disgusting and for Bravo to condone this behaviour To get the respect back from there audience Bravo have only one honest direction, SACK CAPTAIN AND MILIA. !!

Although I like Hannah, she had checked out by this season and wasn’t doing her job as well as usual. Captain Sandy definitely played favourites with Malia but Hannah should have declared her medication when she got on the yacht so that was her fault. I think she was ready to leave as she was over it and wanted to get home. She has a lot of good memories to look back on and she did her best. Malia is just Malia, someone who will do whatever it takes to get what she wants, and I actually don’t think Sandy is that bad. She was really nice to Colin and Joao and provided support when they were feeling emotional. She started disliking Hannah when she wasn’t doing her job as effectively. Bugsy is a more disciplined, fair, hardworking, and organised Chief Stew.

Captain Sandy. I normally think of you as a pretty good captain. But you rearranging the crews bunks to accommodate miss princess and her pricness boyfriend chef is completely unprofessional and out of line. You know what sea life is like, how can you put a whinny couple priority over the rest of your crew? Firstly Malia is a little too high on her own pedistol for her own good thinking she can just bully ppl into getting what she wants and the chef qq about everything like a spoiled little boy....wow bad call on your part. You demoralise the crew for a bosun and a chef. and speaking as someone who has worked on boats for years both in the military and as a civilian.
Hannah was also involved in Kiko getting fired when she told him to cook that awful meal of chicken and said it was Las Vegas food. She saw the guests getting all dressed up and the table setting so she knew the food didn’t match. Then behind Kiko’s back she lied and said she hadn’t suggested that meal. Hannah cares about Hannah. She bullied Daniel, was rude to some of the guests, lazy at times, and unfortunately, Bugsy makes a better Chief Stew, but Hannah was entertaining to watch especially when she had arguments with the crew and got involved in relationships with the guests. However, I wanted want to work with her.
Malia was right to report this , just look at Hannah's behavior for the last few charters or however long that she has been taking valium , get real , you dont work on a yacht or any kind of a boat being on drugs , she should have been fired a very long time ago , all she did was whine , have everyone else do her job , while all she did was sleep , now everyone knows why , malia wasn't in the wrong , hannah was , not a very nice person , ugh
