I think it's a streamyard function on mac's, I've seen it happen in livestreams alot, different hand movements trigger a different effect.
If you look closely she gives kind of a thumbs up the 2 times it happens.
I can't remember all the different one's, but I think if you give the peace sign you get a disco light, strobe lazer thing
and if you do that weird hand symbol that's supposed to look like a heart, it'll show hearts floating on the screen.
