Fudgy Easter Brownies

The fudgies brownies - Easter edition
Ingredients:
3 eggs
200g caster sugar
200g butter, unsalted
200g dark chocolate
90g plain flour
40g cocoa powder.
+9 mini eggs
》Whisk together the eggs and sugar, then melt the butter with chocolate and add them over the egg mixture.
》Fold in the flour and cocoa. Don't overmix the batter.
》Transfer it into a 9x9 inch pan and bake the brownies at 160C for about 20-25 minutes.
The centre will be wobbly, but set around the edges.
》While still hot, add 9 mini eggs, pushing them a bit into the brownies.
》Let the brownies cool down, then put the tray in the fridge. This way they will get fudgier. Slice them and enjoy!
