I use ableton! This type of bass usually has two layers, a sub bass 808 that has a bunch of saturation but is eq’d to be mostly low frequencies, and then a top layer. I believe this one was made in serum with a saw wave and some white noise then a ton of saturation. I usually group them together then saturate once more and boost around 40 hz

Just normal ableton saturator as well as the distortion module in serum (I usually leave it on the default mode)
