- Today On Salinas I have this custom 2004 Sivlerado SS AWD, this SS had a 4/6 drop on 24' DUB ballers, it also has a stage 3 transmission with a 3500 stall and other goodies..

It's just the style it has a 6.0 like all Silverado SS have its not the same 6.0 in the corvette
I have a 03 SS your 3500 stall must help a lot with doing burn outs I've never been able to do one with the stock 345 HP it's kind of a dog motor for pushing all the weight.
Ryan Oros I'd like to get a supercharger for my 2004 SS. I think it's easier on the engine than NOs, which it's easy to burn a hole in the pistons. Something to be conservative with. A supercharger though is lots o bucks.
Yea I would like to turbo mine but worry about putting that kind of horse power thru the transfer case with that viscous coupler I don't think there are to many upgrades you can do to beef up the 249 transfer case.
Ryan Oros. I really don't know the strength of the transfer case? It seems many people install performance enhancements, yet no ones mentioned beefing theirs up. I saw dino testing an LQ9 and the best cheap hp torque improvement was headers. like 25 more hp gained. Also putting boost on an engine it's best to start off with a fresh motor.

I’d like to see a 5/7 drop on a TRUE AWD Silverado SS... I think all you can really go is about 3 inches of drop up front without putting the cv axles in a bind..heard of a guy going down to 4 inches once and he blew his cv joints after a few hundred miles..not saying it’s impossible to get these a REAL SS low but it damn sure isn’t easy, after 05 they offered SS’s in 2wd and also the intimidator SS’s came in 2WD but most of em are AWD also I think a lot of people mistake clones for actual SS’s and assume you can go low with em but yea 3/6 drops are about as good as it gets for most of us SS owners

The roll pan and billet kit destroyed the truck IMO.
A roll pan to replace the bumper is the FIRST thing any serious sport truck enthusiast should do. Bumpers are for people that can't back up without crashing into something and they destroy any hope of having a sleek look. Just sayin'.
