Yes. But you are not completely wrong in thinking Todi, because these two ragas are moorchanas (shifted Sa) of each other. Taking shudhh Ma of Lalit as Sa, it becomes Todi.

I think this was recorded in 1960 while recording of Marathi movie song ' Ramya hi swargahun Lanka". Mr. Wadia (Producer) offered rs 5000 instead of 2000. But Pandit ji refused and accepted only 2000
